@mike_mooney_ @AerLingus Same thing happened to me. Aer Lingus app doesn’t provide an invoice (with company logo, for expense processing). Customers must raise a case and it takes weeks to get invoices emailed. When I suggested they fix this on the app, I was actually asked to fill out another form!!
