When cutting it, there seems to be a “pimple like” part of the meat. If you press on it, this happens…..

This is something you could easily miss and just cook, but after seeing this you’ll never not vigorously check your pork from grocery stores again

This is what a known as an abscess, it’s a pus-filled pocket from an infection in the raw pork

This is not safe and when you find this you should eat any of the pork, you should throw the whole package away

This is why we should make our own mayonaise:

2 egg yolks room temperature
▢ 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
▢ 1 cup avocado oil * See notes
▢ 2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yolks and Dijon mustard until combined and smooth.

Slowly add the oil in, one teaspoon at a time, while continuing to whisk the mixture.
Once all the oil has been added in and the mixture is unform, whisk in the lemon juice. Add the salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture into a sealable container or sterilized jar. Refrigerate for an hour, to thicken.

This is truly the craziest yard facelift I've EVER seen! Kudos to you Spencer! Not only was there a pool under there but entire buildings! No telling what kind of critters were in those trees and underbrush! I know the neighborhood was loving you! Kudos to Spencer for mobilizing the neighbors and what a magnificent and herculean job he (and the neighbors) did for this property. Amazing!

I always wonder how many blades get ripped to shreds from some of those little trees?

I have always wondered why neighbours never join in to help with the mowing of an abandoned house but this video wowed me. I am impressed by the neighbourhood support. Good job guys 👍
