The harsh reality, when it comes to reopening schools, is that no one knows what to do. Plan and offer options—yes. But, be prepared to quickly pivot because once that first bus picks-up that first child, everything is going to change. No two schools’ experience will be the same.
I do not have an answer for the current situation our schools are experiencing, I wish I did — but I do know the answer is not packets of worksheets sent home with students to complete. Just sayin...
