1. What exactly counts as “Green Credits”: How are they quantified? What is the measurement, certification, verification of “surplus clean energy”? Who audits that the energy is genuine surplus renewables?

2. What does “Energy Voucher” mean in practice:

How many compute units does one voucher correspond to?

What are the redemption mechanics? (E.g., if I hold a voucher, how do I convert it into, say, AI inference time?)

Who fulfils the voucher (which infrastructure operator)?

What happens to unused compute/time?

Any insight into these would be much appreciated.
