@SMB_Attorney Best f'n part was that first part about performance. It's the default for idiot companies to get rid of people. I had a manager who said I was 100% on point, then the uppers cut me for no reason. And they told my manager to be quiet. They gagged him due to upper decisions.

@kyleshevlin Finally someone speaks the truth. It's architects who tell the business what to build, bosses who tell the developers to build it and make sure productivity reports are maintained, and developers who fill in blanks from lack of requirements. Not a lot of space for free dev.
