@AmericanAir This has been a really dreadful experience on flight 757. We are headed to Seattle and will miss our reservations due to deplaning for a radio maintenance issue, then changed planes and have sat for over an hour and a half waiting on catering. Catering finally arrived and now we’re told there was a timeout for flight attendants. Our initial departure time was 12:30 and it is currently 4:03. Still sitting on tarmac and waiting for new flight crew. BRUTAL!
