One reason code reviews will not hold up at many (most?) startups: coding agents (obviously) mean a LOT more PRs. And more verbose PRs. It’s already less motivation to review AI-generated code… and so much of it?!!

I hate this idea that "strategic" means smart and "tactical" means narrow. It makes everybody want to be a "strategist" because they think it labels them as smarter.

Tactical planning is incredibly hard and valuable.

Strategy is a responsibility, not a badge of superiority.
