A big thanks to @Opus_Energy for my letter of NOTICE OF DISCONNECTION OF SUPPLY. After issuing a bill for £3300 for one month which was previously £180. Customer services acknowledge its your cock up but here we are. Ive called you 4 times giving you the same information. 👍🏼
From the moment I raised the issue, you have back dated my costs per kWh on the highest tariff and charged me over £1.00 per day for the time it took you to sort out a problem which was not mine.
The joke is you are still charging me £1.07 per day even though you cut me off
I let you install a smart meter and this is when my issue started. It took you 12 months to sort out after I received bills exceeding 14k for little over a 3 month period, based on meter readings from an old meter. I’m now cut off from electricity with no prior warning ⚠️

Brand new account immediately£60 in debt so every time I top up ovo just take all of my credit. I’m current £60 lighter after 2 days had from ovo and still have no gas. 3 phones calls in .. no further forwards. Web chat - I have been cut off 2 times.

Double charged by by Wi-Fi hotspots
I get kicked off every 5 minutes, I have been double charged more than once and still it’s not fit for purpose. I want my money back.
You have taken more than £60 in less than a week and still I have not internet.
