@SkyHelpTeam Cant get to the book engineer section as everytime I test connections all is ok, only for everything to drop out again 10 minutes later. Trying to work and school from home is difficult enough without having to keep restarting routers and testing connections.

@SkyUK having issues with broadband and tv, on and off for days now. When I call customer services, automated voice asks me to hang up as I'm not a priority. Have tried all bits on my sky app and set top box. How do I get this sorted????

Broadband keeps dropping out, but even when connected Q box says connected to router but not connected to internet...
