Out of 29 designers, 16 designers showed up for the work. Out of 16, 3 actually designed their parts to the end; 3 designed halfway; 1 touched the screen; 2 never responded to messages; 4 did the research phase; and 2 are still working on prototyping.

Others focused on their parts; I did mine, including the parts of the offenders, and still did corrections on top of it.

What a long ride I must say... But I made it finally, at least; let the devs see what to work with first of all.
Well, there is always room for iterations and improvements. But for now, let me sleep a little; I haven't slept for more than 24 hrs.

How it's going ...?
In the course of my leadership journey, I learnt quite a couple of life lessons that I know I would need. This is the major reason why I didn't quit.
But OMG! They gave me so much stress.

One of them... COMMUNICATION! Without this, nothing works. I hope more people will come to realise this.
