In war, medics are protected by international humanitarian law, but the reality is harsh - Ukrainian medics, especially ones performing evacuations, are being targeted by the enemy. So we need to protect them as much as we can.

We can do it by enhancing the cars with shrapnel-resistant armor and electronic warfare systems. The cost of one enhanced evacuation car is around $60,000. But life is priceless and these vehicles can save up to five lives at a time.
