@bownet @TannerTees Utilizing open gym & dome space in your area on a bi-monthly basis should be bare minimum. Get your D Work in, air it out a bit with the arm, and have fun tossing a football or a frisbee (throw both arms w/ Frisbee). Frisbee catch skills transfer to our sport.
