@MarcGaleazzi We use a service because we have lots of clients, but unless leans are part of your AR tool box and it is just a one off, reach out to the county clerk. It is just some paperwork- note there is a shock clock- depending on where it can be as quickly as 30 days.
@Levijameshere@girdley@housleyd Haha, that's why you buy metal boxes. Trying to solve mf and resi problems reminds me of the quote someone on here had about no extra points for playing in hard mode.
@imrichardfertig@seandsweeney@realEstateTrent This feels like the calendly debate. Given the variety of responses, its clear people have preferences- so we get to annoy 50% of who we call!
@joepohlen@jtkenn8 just implemented in our company- did a fair amount of research to get there, results have been great- unfortunately I have no idea what it's called.
@MikeBotkin_ Also isnt the windshield time priced in? Or are you trying to maximize yield over and above expected time? I thought everyone's pricing accounted for that and why hyper local has better margins.
@MikeBotkin_ Wait, TAM for landscaping is only $2.3B? That seems very low. I get the windshield time problem, I can't believe the market is that small.
