@thetruthhurtz8@ValforNevada@PushDemsLeft If a building costs 50,000 to fix then the rent is getting frozen WAY higher than 50,000 a year. Rent would never be that much lower than maintenance cost unless there was a singular catastrophic event that cost 50,000.
