@PilotFreight was scheduled to deliver a tv into my living room on Tuesday, (Dec 1) between 11am-2pm. They emailed me on Monday (Nov 30) saying they had an unexpected delay and couldn’t make the delivery. No big deal...until they lied to @amazon saying I requested the reschedule.
