-is hier ook rekening gehouden met de (jaarlijkse) kosten die de B.V.-structuur oproept?;
It’s disgusting, the discount and the amount raised especially after ceo’s pumping on the back of exploding silver prices. Why not sell the non core assets? Also, I’m thinking they just can’t find the investors for Bioleum and a great deal of the fundraising will be used for Bioleum purposes. I’ve lost every faith in the ceo having shareholders best interests in mind.
@dailychartbook@DataArbor Doesn’t tell me much. There has been quite some fluctuations in mortgage rates. Shouldn’t one compare mortgage payments based on median home prices as a percentage of household income over time. Paints a different picture imo.
I don’t believe funding Metals required the size of this raise. Makes me think series A funding of Bioleum isn’t going smoothly. Also, there were real assets with little or no importance to Metals/Bioleum. Why not monetize these and chose for a heavily discounted large dilution? I’m sure takers at $2.25 are happy as are new investors. It’s derisked , sure, and I really like that but…
@BambroughKevin Is there any indication that traders and/or investors in uranium shares are actively influencing the spot market (price) as buyers or sellers just to navigate uranium shares to desired price levels? (I’ve got a strong feeling they do, but I really don’t know).
@capnek123 “There were 21 market transactions representing 1.8M lb of spot U3O8 in total over the last week, BMO Capital analyst George Heppel said….” https://t.co/wNUbXjrPFj…)
@TheNextBigRush Spot price went south. Starting to doubt there is a shortage more and more. “There were 21 market transactions representing 1.8M lb of spot U3O8 in total over the last week, BMO Capital analyst George Heppel said….” https://t.co/wNUbXjsnuR…)
