Franklin was last seen on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at approximately 2:55 p.m. at Penny Packer School, located at 1858 E. Washington Lane. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, green sweatpants, and black sneakers.

Franklin is described as a Black male, 4 feet tall, weighing approximately 65 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Investigators report that he ran away from a vehicle near the school and may not be familiar with the surrounding area.
