@EurekaForbes Delayed service is other thing, there is no service, your service person are only interested in selling AMC even when it is not required and never come back or attend any calls.

In last 1 year not a single routine check up has happened

Wrote multiple mails to my home branch 011669 for updating of KYC, visited 013377 branch twice physically. Still KYC is not updated and my account is in stop status. When will the lunch break get over.

@IndiGo6E DAY 8, @IndiGo6E is still unable to decide if the baggage is shipped or held up. whenever we call customer care once they say it is shipped and next time they say we are unable to open the bag.

we have reached more than 1000 times and @IndiGo6E never had any answer.
