I am disappointed that the response largely explained existing procedures but did not engage with the underlying policy questions about data collection, attrition drivers, consistency of safeguarding pathways, or whether these issues have been formally assessed. @ukhomeoffice

Given that these reasons are not held centrally, has any assessment been made of whether collecting more detailed information on victim disengagement would assist safeguarding, victim support, or attrition reduction efforts ?
