Celtic are in talks to sign PSV Eindhoven central midfielder Joel van den Berg.

It’s understood the clubs are locked in discussions over a potential deal for the Netherlands U19 international.

Van den Berg has been left out of the #PSV U21s squad for tonight’s match against RKC Waalwijk due to the transfer negotiations.
