@GreenBayNERR team, @CofrinBiodiv researchers, & @NoordCoast hosted @SenatorBaldwin Legislative Assistant Sydney Scott for a discussion of @uwgb and @UWiscSeaGrant projects around Green Bay. The visit included a tour of Wequiock Creek showcasing recent restoration efforts.

Earlier this week @GreenBayNERR partners came together with @noaaocean staff for an informal conversation and visit to the proposed NERR sites. Meetings like the one this week are building connections between land partners and managers. Thanks for the visit! @uwgb @CofrinBiodiv

Students from @NeenahSchools took a field trip to Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve. They transplanted the wild rice we've been growing, played some invasive species games, and learned about water careers.
