@wheeler_laura A start would be getting our work counted towards steps on the pay scale. Currently this means that unless you work over a 4 month LTO you get no steps. So working any sub days or short LTOs doesn't add to our pay experience.

@wheeler_laura @howie_hua I like to discuss the long answer questions the day before. Then as students ask for clarification during the test I like to make notes/announcements on the board. Though I like this idea.

Just finished A Killing Frost by @seananmcguire . Awesome book. This series never ceases to continue to offer amazing characters and a world. Kinda hope October's world never ends.

@Audrey_Giles While it's pretty bad. HS and GS teachers are being forced to use google classroom and microsoft teams which are arguably worse. At least BS is a LMS. Still hoping for a more user, both T and S, LMS platform.

@seananmcguire I feel like this is starting to shift. Ambiguity around gender and orientation where it would exist in reality seems more accepted in lit and tv. I expect there are still people who don't like it but I suspect it's a shrinking group.
