@Davembmd Posna website resident section;)
“Dave’s diagrams”

“Arizona algorithms”
The possibilities may not be endless but are certainly plentiful.
@lyft
the Nissan Sentra is a fine automobile that gets you from point A->B… However, I didn’t pay an “extra comfort” surcharge to ride in a Sentra. Be better!
@Davembmd Not that I want to cut into the profits of Sawbones or synbone but it seems like we (as a pedipod community) could create a curated repository of ct scans of representative bones/ deformities to allow creation of a low cost locally printed teaching library
@AlexisGaskin32@JacobFlemingMD Obviously pcps/surgeons do, because it’s the right thing for the patient… but especially when it comes to phone calls/ messages
Reimbursement in no way reflects this reality
@AlexisGaskin32@JacobFlemingMD Intriguing. Begs the (rhetorical) question, why is it the surgeon/ pcp who answers the patient’s question about the report when it’s the radiologist billing for the report?
@generalorthomd even if you make the absurd assumptions that: 1. every single Geri hip who presents to your hospital is eventually going to get a post op infection or dehiscence, 2. They will all eventually transfer they are still better off transferring after they’ve been fixed than b4
@NanouTheNomad HHS doesn’t seem to require a release form for this purpose … but getting a facility to acknowledge it’s not required may be downright Sisyphean.

@AirCanada very kind of you to offer a hotel voucher when my flight was delayed >3hours for a “catering” issue. I know the local taxi companies appreciate the subsidy of travelers going back and forth from sfo to comfort inn w no rooms
@AirCanada thanks for the voucher to the overbooked hotel. It was fun subsidizing the local taxi industry on my side trip to the comfort inn. Maybe I’ll be able to get some sleep at sfo
