"Fill out the form online and talk to customer service, I won't help you." Which of course my mom doesn't know how to do. It took over 12 hours to get the bag. How can my mom get her bag fees refunded and hopefully a travel credit to make up for the fiasco and refused help?

What I find so confusing about the California wealth tax push is that we have a massive tax loophole for accumulated wealth on property values, couldn't we just fix that?
