@AmyMcGrathKY The Trade Expansion Act of 1962 is where congress delegated a lot of their tariff authority to the president. Congress can still act on tariffs if they choose. Fact is most in congress don’t have the integrity to act on a controversial bill so don’t expect them to act soon.
