Shame on @HiltonHonors! Booked and paid for a room using the app only to learn the 2 QU room doesn’t exist. Single King doesn’t cut it for 4 adults. CAN’T refund because they can only cancel with 24 hours notice!!! WE didn’t cancel—YOU didn’t have the room I booked and confirmed!

@VerizonSupport Dealing with known firmware issues on Home Internet Gateway and finally sent a replacement loaded with the exact same outdated firmware that won’t update, which I only discover after following activation prompts for a phone rather than a router!

@VerizonSupport Can’t initiate without going through exact same irrelevant prompts. Scheduled return calls that come over an hour late and place me on hold for 10 more minutes before connecting.

@VerizonSupport I’ve spent HOURS chatting with agents online, speaking to them by phone, incredibly nice people but none empowered to bring solutions. An automated system that can identify me and the device at issue, but FORCES me to listen to and complete steps with unrelated device.
