Although its not a good document IMHO (and the new style post August update is *even worse* IMHO), its all you have, and the new one will replace the old one. (and if there is no new one for you or its blank, it might also replace the old one, so you will have nothing). Be sure to download it and keep it safe / email it to your personal email etc EVERY YEAR

@gdcuk I’ve got one client who was paid max lump sum instead of max tax-free lump sum in error. This was August still waiting for substitute award to be recalculated, whilst member sits on 85k cash he isn’t entitled too and HMRC will be chasing soon for unpaid income tax….

@gdcuk Thanks again for this one. Terrifying how many of these must missed though. All down to a simple mis-communication following a switch of Trusts. Exactly why I strongly advise an NHS pension report for all new clients within 5-10 years of retirement. Worth every penny. 👍🏽
