What do we want? A gas tax.
What is Labor delivering? Another favour factory with their favourite gas donors!
📣Labor: do a deal for Australians. Tax our gas exports a min 25% so we can raise some revenue, bring down the cost of living and fund the clean energy transition.
Dear @AlboMP
cc @AustralianLabor
On every single issue, you've failed to uphold "Labor values". Human rights. Climate. Coal mines. Biodiversity. NDIS. AUKUS. FOI. Palestine. As a long-term Labor voter, donor and volunteer, I hope for a @DavidShoebridge@Greens AUS Govt. #auspol
@SecRubio Indeed, Mediterranean culture has been extraordinarily influential. Where would we be without the Athenians, Romans, Persians, Etruscans, Canaanites, Phoenicians, Judeans et al?
Claude and I vibecoded a website where you can look up what a politician has ever said in Parliament on any topic of your choosing.

This shows just how extreme the US is. Livestreaming an execution by firing squad is the behaviour of a bloodthirsty dictator. Yet the Albanese Government is tying us closer and closer to the Trump regime.
There is a sentence that almost never appears in Western coverage:
Under international law, a people under military occupation have the right to resist that occupation.
This is not a controversial claim.
It is in the United Nations Charter.
It is in the Geneva Conventions.
It has been affirmed repeatedly by the UN General Assembly, explicitly referring to "all available means, including armed struggle."
It is the same principle invoked to describe French resistance to Nazi occupation as heroic rather than terrorist.
It is so uncontroversial that it doesn't need to be stated when applied to almost any other occupied people in history.
When applied to Palestinians, it disappears.
Not because it became false.
Because the people who control which sentences appear in the news made a decision about which populations are permitted to have legally recognized rights that are spoken aloud in prime time.
That decision is political.
The silence around it is also political.
The pretense that both are journalistic is the lie inside the lie.
If you keep telling people that they need to choose between supporting Jews and opposing the mass slaughter of children, then it is actually you who are responsible for spreading antisemitism.
Dear AUS FM @SenatorWong
Have there been ANY consequences for Israel murdering Australian aid worker Zomi Frankcom?
Have there been ANY consequences for Israel physically and sexually abusing Australian humanitarians on the Global Sumud Flotilla? #auspol
Prof Anne Twomey has labelled politically directed grant-making “grey corruption”.
She says decisions are being made “without any consideration of merit, need, value for money or the public interest”.
The $6m Marrickville Golf Club project in the PM's electorate is one grant in a dodgy $560.9m program. We need clear, transparent criteria that put community need first.

The High Court has recognised what the physics makes clear: you can’t export coal & pretend the climate damage disappears.
Whether fossil fuels are burnt in Australia or overseas, the consequences reach the Great Barrier Reef & communities around 🇦🇺. Yet the Albanese govt continues to approve new coal & gas projects.
We should stop expanding fossil fuels, use what we have for the transition & make sure Australians get a fair return from existing projects.

This is how we take the power out of the hands of the billionaires and big corporations and back into the hands of the people.
Change is possible if we work together to build it.

KPMG should not be allowed anywhere near our Commonwealth Government’s preferred consultants/contractors services lists. The egregious breaches of inside access/client confidentiality justify an indefinite sin binning of this outfit. + we need to rebuild our public service independent expertise.
