One of the best ways to battle PTSD is to head to the mountains! How can you feel shitty out here! #canadianrockies

[Greg Todd @gregdt]

PTSD is deadly, as we found out once more. Your painful journey is over brother. #gethelpforthepain

[Greg Todd @gregdt]

Why am I a police officer, good question. I do it so what happened in Dallas may not happen elsewhere. #heavyheart

[True Blue Line @TrueBlueLine]

Our hearts go out to the injured and murdered Dallas PD officers, their families and friends. #BlueLives #BeSafe

[Greg Todd @gregdt]

@KateGillieART That's amazing Katie!

[Greg Todd @gregdt]

Another police officer dead by suicide. Why is nobody paying attention to the men and women that are in so much pain. #sadandangry

[Greg Todd @gregdt]

Another police officer takes his own life, when are going to start to recognize that PTS is a killer #sosadtoday

Went swimming in the South Pacific in Maui today, crazy surf today. I'm not a fan of the taste of salt water. Great ride though. #lovehawii

[Greg Todd @gregdt]

Snorkeling in Maui, way beyond cool!!!!

[Greg Todd @gregdt]

To all my PTS friends out there - Thank you for helping me get through the year! We will get through 2016 if we help each other.

[Greg Todd @gregdt]

@KateGillieART she is a psychologist in Saskatoon, sk. Dr. Jeanette Ambrose. A wonderful human being

[Greg Todd @gregdt]

@KateGillieART My psychologist is a big reason why I'm still alive but we still have to get through every day on our own! #ptsdwarrior

[Greg Todd @gregdt]

@KateGillieART We all have to figure out what works to get us through the PTS nightmare. I am not in any position to judge others!

[Greg Todd @gregdt]

@KateGillieART Drugs or no drugs, does it really matter as long as we can function without wanting to put a bullet in our brains!

[Greg Todd @gregdt]

I can't decide weather the intense anger inside me is my fuel or the anchor that stops my growth! #ptsinjured #dailystruggle
