@TLRailUK Yes I did ... and like you said ... the train left one minute early, which resulted in me not being able to board the train because it had left the station heading towards London... with all ThamesLink’s good practice in the world ... I can’t board something if it’s not there
@TLRailUK London - though I am now 30 minutes late ...but that isn’t the point ... the train left the station before it should ... Paul from the station customer services spotted it as well.
