@RL_Support my son has lost all his credits and is very upset. He has been saving for several months. He didn't do anything different, just logged on and they were gone. Any help appreciated!. He has been moping around for a couple of days due to his loss!! Pls help :-)

Hi. I am appealing to asda on behalf of my mother. She has cancer (multiple myelom) and recieving chemotherapy so v vulnerable. She is self isolating. Is 74 yrs old and cannot get an order delivered to her home in Clevedon. There are no delivery slots.

@virginmedia another hour on the phone. Spk to manager who advised there was no note on account re call back. Put through to construction team (aiden). Advised he couldn't work out what needs to happen next..now another promise of call back in next 24hrs....well see. Crazy

@virginmedia after 9 months (since Jan 2019) I have just had my broadband fixed. On the phone to virgin media for over a full day in total. Missed appointments.. promised calls back never made..v slow broadband diagnosed in Jan when first installed.countless days of children not.

Now been told that I need to spk to a manager...none free...I asked how I can trust they will call back this time....total call time 1 hour more of my life...let's see if I get a call back or if this joins the catalogue of broken promises!
