@reeveslawstl I disagree. The intent of a jury is to bring common sense to twisted laws designed by lawyers to keep their jobs. They are completely independent, if they are worth anything, to decide for themselves both the law and the facts.

@Budgetdog_ See I would mandate 12% going into TSP (government’s 401k$) and 3% into a general account as a safety net. Then you could control most of your SS money and still allow for a safety net.
