@Telstra So after days of getting nowhere and you @Telstra constantly brushing us off and telling us that you can’t contact us,a miracle has occurred. Home phone has been reconnected and somebody made contact to tell us so. Not sure why you made it so difficult,not a great experience.

@Telstra another day goes by and still no resolution to our problems. Still no return phone call as promised. Still have a disconnected home phone yet still expected to be paying for a service we aren’t receiving. Time to contact the telecommunications ombudsman to help us.

@Telstra Yeah right,we’ve been given the run around through the chat function on the app. Been 2 hours and now they/you’re telling us to give it a few days then get in contact with you again. You’ve disconnected our phone,it shouldn’t be us having to contact you!!
