@DarrenArsenal1 sorry for random post but I’m desperate. Other half has been a season ticket holder for 15 years through all the good, bad and glorious good again. Had auto renewal set up for this year. It didn’t go through and the club sent some emails that all went to junk. The first he knew was when his season ticket didn’t renew. Club say they can’t do anything. All that loyalty. All that passion and he’s gone from singing on the terrace to 94,000 on a waitlist all because of a missed email. This can’t be right. Is anyone else in this situation? If no ST were given out and 24 rescinded for lack of use why would they take a ticket off a man that went to every match last season and had renewal set up. The impact is huge
@Arsenal I can’t believe I’m writing this. My partner had auto-renewal set up on their season ticket. They found 4 emails from you in their junk folder last week saying there had been a problem with payment and subsequently a cancellation of their season ticket. They have been a holder since 2011 - been through all the good, bad, terrible and good again with you. They have stood on those terraces signing and bringing atmosphere to Arsenal through most of their adult life. One mistake and they have been told that their ticket is cancelled. They are now 94,000 on a waitlist and there’s no appeal. Where’s the loyalty to your fans? The ones that have been with you through thick and thin. This is cruel beyond belief. Auto-renewal was set up. No indication was ever given that a cancellation was the desired outcome. It seems that whilst we stood with you through the bad times, now the good times are here and demand is high - one mistake and you’re out. There must be a way through this!?
