@travelocity What's the best way to dispute a charge? I spent 90 minutes on hold and then the rep couldn't elevate a huge dispute for me. I need to resolve it, and AmEx recommends I try to resolve it with you before bringing them into the dispute.

@drewschmidt7 @TroyBilt I’ve followed the starting instructions to the letter using electric starter and haven’t gotten a bark. I removed the brass cover to the carb float to remove the jet to clean, but can’t get the brass screw to budge. Btw, lots of gas getting to the float!

I bought a new @TroyBilt Storm 2410 snowblower last year and couldn't have been happier! Now less than 1 year later and the 1st storm of the year and it won't start. Will you help me @TroyBilt ?
