I wanted to have a dedicated microphone mute button, that also clearly lets me know if I'm muted or not. So I made my first design with the RP2040 and some LEDs; the Europium Gibraltar.

@Biots The voltage stays relatively stable. The LEDs are on for 60 seconds and during that period the voltage drops ~100mV. The capacity will of course be less than the expected 220mAh. If you really want to get a bit more current, you can also consider going for a LIR2032 (~45mAh).

@Biots Thanks! This is with a CR2032. The current fluctuates between 3-15mA (depending on which colors are showing).
