@secretsqrl123 @TheKremlinYap He’s talking about Afghanistan. His point was that the US is suffering essentially no casualties in Ukraine. I assume he’s trying to calm Russian enthusiasm on the program by pointing out we’ve spent relatively little money and no military lives. And he’s right. Russia’s screwed
@CollinRugg@Tesla No sane police department, anywhere, has encouraged a citizen to tackle and restrain a suspect on their own. They’re worried about your life, not the other guy.
@fakehistoryhunt@HardcoreHistory I don’t know. Flexibility is impressive but tennis shoes, no heavy sword and carrying nothing on his back doesn’t seem like an equal contest.
@writergeekrhw It’s hard to imagine any streaming residual deal being meaningful if the studios refuse to share viewership for a project, which seems to be the reality with this agreement
@sjmbbriley@JuliaDavisNews It’s not uncommon for locals to work in the non secure parts of the embassy like the consular office. They speak the local language and can help other locals with whatever paperwork for visas or immigration or business licenses etc
@bfcarlson In 1972 alone there were over 2500 terrorist bombings. There are very few now. The murder rate in the 70’s was 10.5. It’s about 7 now. Murder in Nyc has dropped over 80% since then, turning the NY area from “the warriors” to a region now with a crime rate similar to Switzerland
@secretsqrl123 Oh it really really is a fox thing. Other outlets might be sued, but nobody settles the way did with that sum. They’re a spacial kind of dishonesty.
