Very disappointed in @DukeEnergy. A friend has spent 12 weeks in the ICU and was unable to manage his account. Duke is now charging him ~$180 in nonpayment/reconnection fees and refuses to waive them—even after we explained his hospitalization. They never even asked for proof.
