@mystictrail@cybertruck@wmorrill3@CYBERTRUCKco It's not designed to be a rock crawler. The Rubicon Trail is boulder hopping. Still, find me another truck that can run Hells Gate completely stock and then drive you home.
@TX_MattDaddy@wmorrill3@cybertrexevents there’s a case to be made for snow tires too. I’ve run these trails many times and all seasons have more contact patch with the surface and actually do really well (despite looking puny!) The compound definitely makes a difference, a 3-peak rated tire is a good choice.
@Mr_Car_Crazy@cybertrexevents@elonmusk To be clear, all the trucks performed amazing, but I was behind some standard AWD trucks on obstacles where it seemed to me there was occasional struggle due to traction and power.
@Mr_Car_Crazy@cybertrexevents@elonmusk That’s me in the video, and yes I’d say the Beast was superior off road, I never needed to worry about engaging a rear locker, I always had traction. Totally stock truck, factory Pirelli tires. Ran Hells Revenge including Hells Gate with no issues.
@teslaownersSV@elonmusk Whistlin Diesel and others have demonstrated real world weaknesses. It’s not very good off road, and is far less practical than an F150 lightning in every meaningful aspect.
