River Ouse in York at 2.72 metres, falling slowly. The weather forecast for tomorrow looks pretty solid this time, plenty of heavy rain. This, combined with a high starting level for the Ouse (2.2-2.5 metres) means potential for levels to reach 4 metres+ on Tuesday #riverouse ๐ญ
New series of Question of Sport getting a bit of bad press. Don't think it's actually too bad in itself....but that colour scheme ๐ฒ Why would anyone want to stare at bright purple for half an hour?!
I'm not always mad for the idea of pitting one thing being allowed against another since Covid started but aside from that I like the article. Parkrun has been so good for a lot of people's physical and mental health for a long time now, need to see it back ๐โโ๏ธ #parkrun
"People often say that if exercise was a pill it would be the greatest drug ever invented. For the past 17 years parkrun has acted as a free dispensary." My column on the potential farce of parkrun not coming back this summer - and its myriad benefits https://t.co/k9ibAqhL63

Mark Selby. Wins 13-3 in World Championships playing some incredible snooker. Leaves arena after 7 failed attempts to put his face mask on ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
@lotslottie16 Yeah, would be tough, but think you'd get used to it a little bit at least. I know the Blue Cross in Thirsk take on staff every now and then. A woman I used to work with left to go there almost 10 years ago and she loves it.
The Dog House is one of my favourite things on telly at the moment. So nice to see them all wagging their tails happily after being rehomed #thedoghouse
