#UPDATE Emergency officials on scene just said they have discovered there is oil in the Allegheny River from the train derailment in Harmar Township. They said their priority now is to mitigate the hazard. The river is closed from Harmar Township to the Point.

A short time ago, representatives from Allegheny County, the Allegheny Valley Regional Emergency Management Agency and the @EPA provided an update on the Harmar train derailment which occurred earlier today.
