@LidlGB need to sort out their queuing system. You wait in line for ages with 5 items, then they open another checkout and someone walking past with a huge trolley full gets in there with no waiting at all. It's unfair and something needs done about this... I'm making a stand.

@AvantiWestCoast I'm on the 1136 Glasgow to Euston, it's 70+mins late with a skeleton staff on the last bit of the journey ... And the crew and obm are amazing.. Still taking care of everyone and making sure everyone's all informed of delays and are okay.
