I've been a customer for 3 yrs and I'm having the worst support experience for any service. Ship has been holding on to our COD remittance for more than 2 months now. The support team simply does not understand basic issues. Pls resolve.
@ShiprocketCare 3 days since I tweeted this out and 2+ months since I've had this issue. The assigned account manager has stopped responding to calls. I've been very patient, but this is truly the worst support experience ever. @saahilbigfoot @Vysheshk
