Three is a good number of ISPs.

So, if you're an "open access" provider and get 2 ISPs to participate they are #3 and #4 in the market. (+Cable + Telco). Math isn't good for anyone but the legacy CableCo.

How many ISPs can a market support? If there are a cable provider + a Telco provider how many ISPs can the open ax net support.

2nd ISP on the city OA net is the 4th in the market. 3rd would be 5th.

Competition is great, but each ISP needs to be financially sustainable.
