For 30 years they called me crazy, irresponsible and a thousand other things.
There was a lot of mockery and a lot of cynicism from people that did not have a real sense of happiness or sense within themselves.
Then I went to science. And now I see I am changing people.
.@elonmusk makes an excellent point intuitively here, but it’s the same one I make when I say: we should want an economy where you don’t make a profit for destroying wealth. If your product is net harmful, you shouldn’t get rich selling it.
Producing vaccines that do more harm than good, addicting other people’s kids to porn or drugs, making bad loans and then selling them back to the market… these are just a few examples of profitable activities that destroy wealth.
I’m not making a policy point. The policy question is at least difficult, and may be impossible. But there is an obvious moral principle: Just as you shouldn’t make laws you wouldn’t want to be subjected to, you shouldn’t offer products or services you wouldn’t want your own children to use.
Joe Rogan: "They want centralized digital currency...and they want to get everybody on a social credit score system. All they would need is another pandemic to try to push that sh*t through."
🇺🇸 Joe Rogan & Nick Bostrom drop a chilling warning about AI’s hidden cost.
As tools like Grok get insanely faster, smarter, and more capable every month… Are we slowly outsourcing our own brains?
Rogan and philosopher Nick Bostrom break it down: the real danger might not be AI replacing humans, but humans becoming so dependent on AI for answers, decisions, creativity, and problem-solving that critical thinking starts to atrophy.
“Convenience today could reshape how society thinks tomorrow.”
Are we getting lazier thinkers in exchange for smarter machines?

Joe Rogan & JD Vance on the SAVE America Act
VANCE: “You can in fact be prosecuted if you try to force somebody to show their ID [to vote].”
ROGAN: “This from the same people that were saying you have to have an ID that shows you've been vaccinated … to go to a restaurant.”
Ryan Holiday: "Andrew Tate is an abuser of women, a shitty person, a sex trafficker, and the idea that that's who you should be taking life advice from is insane, right?"
Anyone can be Rennaisance Technologies. It’s just a few formulae. And they beat Madoff and even J. Epstein & Co.
So…certainly nothing unusual is going on in E. Setauket.

I admire Jim Simons. But if you don’t have ANY suspicions about this, let me sell you on String Theory.
