@JamesLaneAI Iโd recommend trying threejs and adding some dedicated threejs skills to Codex for this lib. It really helps the LLM's generate more useful code.
Small update today:
>terrain is no longer flat โ heights are generated with shader noise
>forest now generates in chunks with predefined zones
>added a minimap so I donโt get lost in my own forest
>added a pond
>added deer hehe
@dangreenheck@georgeranch actually, I used your project as a starting point because it really impressed me. I saw the MIT license, so I hope thatโs okay. Iโm mostly experimenting. Honestly, I still donโt think LLM's can create something like this from scratch yet)) Really appreciate your work!
Just for fun, I made a small game in #threejs with gemini 3.5. Nothing too serious yet... just an infinite procedural forest with procedurally generated mushrooms that you can collect and store in your inventory. maybe Iโll keep playing with this idea..๐ค #devlog
@Gurdt Yes, of course. Most of the assets are from sketchfab, big thanks to the artists who make their work available for free for experiments like this ๐
Made for my lovely wife @a_astaeva โ rive file runtime inspector with some additional functions, just a raw beta, but..
