We arrived back home in Kent after our 6 week trip to Shetland tonight @griffiths_lyn This lovely sunny morning was spent at Pennington Flash by The Liverpool-Leeds Canal. We enjoyed a host of woodland birds including Willow Tits. @rafaelmitch@doonaldfwilson
When the images appeared of yesterday's Olivaceous Warbler the finder John Irvine, myself and others were scratching our heads. In the field this morning we were leaning towards Western and after it was trapped and measured it was confirmed to be of that species. At Skibberhoull.

So another Shetland holiday comes to an end, finishing with another rare thrush - Whites on Bressay. A really enjoyable week with some great birds seen. The Bluethroat and Red breasted Flycatcher were from earlier in the week. @david93955 took the photos
