“Password?”
“Easy Ice,” she said, “lowercase, no space.”
“That's such a shit password, it's not even a password.”
“I'm a just normal fucking person, Macon."

https://t.co/Z04d1JrDnH my EMFCamp 2022 talk finally went up, be cool and watch it and then leave this dumb website and come hang out in the Fediverse @[email protected]
@sophaskins Sorry for necrobumping but also figured you'd find it pretty funny that I googled "vt320 rc2014" and was about 0 surprised to find that you were the top result.
I'm trying to do vt320 to an sc130 and I don't have it working yet - are you using a null modem adapter?
@_rsc Hey Russ! I was wondering how you'd feel about someone taking https://t.co/tsGYu3o5Sp and converting the information into some format that renders well in Plan 9 and then (potentially) importing it into the 9front source tree? It's still the best acid doc on the internet.
Okay no takers on Mastodon, does anyone want my BSides London ticket for this weekend? Donation lv 2, don’t want anything for it just want to make sure it’s used.
@BSidesLondon Hey, I’ve got a ticket I can’t use (donation lv 2). I don’t need a refund but I’d like to give the ticket back to you so someone else can use it!
@zsk Hey, I was reading your article on BBC News “Is this the end of Twitter?” and I was struck by this sentence. This article from September shows that it’s probably not a safe assumption to make. Hope this is useful. https://t.co/YDZs8Bum5l
Now would be almost exactly the funniest moment for someone to create an unflattering meme of a certain billionaire that results in a fruitless attempt at censorship whack-a-mole.
Today is the day for the multi-billion dollar ambulance chasing industry to shake its collective head and knowingly state that OpenSSL shouldn't be written in C.
@OttiliaW@KDDandco Dude you look fucking 🔥🔥🔥 in that shoot. Every time I know someone's taking a photo of me I suddenly inexplicably forget what I normally do with my arms and adopt a facial expression that only seems to say "I am screaming internally".
"Pre-announcements of CVE-2022-3602 described this issue as CRITICAL. Further analysis based on some of the mitigating factors described above have led this to be downgraded to HIGH." #OpenSSL
https://t.co/XyWZNiPFyT
Well that was lame, the current CVEs on https://t.co/UKHexxNeNd are marked "HIGH" not "CRITICAL" and they're just not all that bad. The internet rumor mill has done us no good.
The advisory isn't out yet, but the OpenSSL 3.0.7 source archive is.
Here's a rough diff. (There might be some artifacts, as the base comes from git.)
