The hands you don't remember are the ones worth your time.
Most players review a session by scrolling through the biggest pots. That's the worst possible filter. The big pots are the ones you already remember, and remembering is not the same as understanding.

What doesn't work: replaying a lost hand hunting for the fold that would have saved it.
You already know how it ended, so you'll always find one. That's not review. That's regret with a replayer.
