@Interrail I already have by form and email and was told that 24€ was the maximum I could receive despite that being what I would have got for a 2 hour delay. I was delayed by 6 hours and stuck on a broken train for 11 hours. I would like this to be escalated to senior management

@Interrail your delay repay package is very unfair. Max 24€ delay if train is delayed for 2 hours or 6 - as was the case with mine. Stuck on a broken train for 11 hrs while 28 degrees outside, lost an entire afternoon and evening of my holiday. Surely something more can be done

@EurostarUK so not only have prices skyrocketed but now the new “reward” scheme means you need twice as many points for a free ticket. Used to love Eurostar but this profiteering is a joke

@WestMidRailway can you explain why you have cancelled all services on 28/29th due to TSSA strike, while GWR are running a near normal service despite also being affected by the TSSA strike?

@GWRHelp Any time in the morning. Trains seem to be running every hour. It’s more of a general confusion why WMT have cancelled all trains and GWR are running hourly service when strike affects both companies. Just don’t want to be stuck on 28th not being able to get to London

@GWRHelp am confused, u say timetable for 28th now published and looks like normal service from Worcester but TSSA strike also affects West Midlands Trains and they’ve cancelled all trains from Worcester that day. Is GWR definitely running trains on 28th?

@GWRHelp Shrub Hill to London Paddington. I went to ticket office yesterday and they said due to TSSA strike WMT have cancelled all trains on 28th and 29th due to TSSA strike, so was expecting GWR to follow suit as their staff are striking too

@Eurostar great to see direct trains from Amsterdam launching. The times are awful though - 7.48am is too early and 6.48pm too late. Surely most people returning from a break in the city would want a train in the middle of the day?
